The Central Virginia APA is a sanctioned franchise of the National American Poolplayers Association (www.poolplayers.com). We offer team play for Open 8-Ball, Ladies-Only      8-Ball, and Open 9-Ball, with three play sessions per year (see Calendar).

Our membership and playing area includes the following Central Virginia locations: Richmond, Petersburg, Ashland, Farmville, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and the surrounding areas.

The handicap and scoring system, explained in the APA Team Manual, makes it possible for players of all abilities to compete effectively.

The League Operators (LO) of the Central Virginia APA are Dawn Buchanan and Marguerite Rueger.

We will help you find a team to play with, or help you form your own team with family, friends or co-workers.

This $20.00 enables a player to participate in 8-ball and/or 9-ball on as many nights as he/she chooses. A membership card and kit will be mailed directly to each player from the National APA headquarters.
